In addition, <strong>pasta combined with vegetables is the tastiest!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Have never tried it yet? Let&#8217;s start now!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients (4 people):<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Tagliatelle:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spelta Bla flour 200 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Eggs 4<\/p>\n<p>Water 34 ml.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vegetables:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Carrot 150 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Zucchini 150 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Daikon turnip 150 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Salsifis 100 grs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zucchini Cream:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zucchini 180 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Tarragon 12 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Soya cream 50 ml.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Preparation: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pasta:<strong> make a dough with the ingredients and knead lightly<\/strong>. With the help of a laminating machine pass the pieces of mass till obtaining thin sheets of 30 x 7 aprox. <strong>Pass the tagliatelle through the roller pin to form them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Vegetables: <strong>peel the vegetables <\/strong>and<strong> <\/strong>once peeled, with the same peeler, <strong>continue extracting loins<\/strong> as if we were still peeling.<\/p>\n<p>Sauce:  wash the zucchini and cut the tops and bottoms. Then <strong>cut the rest in regular pieces<\/strong> and boil until they are soft. <strong>Pass them through the blender<\/strong>. <strong>Add the cream and the tarragon.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Setting: <strong>Brown the vegetables<\/strong> in a wok with olive oil and pinch of salt. <strong>Add the pasta<\/strong> after cooking it for 5 minutes in water and salt and continue browning. <strong>Add the sauce and remove.<\/strong> Serve in a plate.<\/p>\n<p>This recipe my seem kind of difficult for you for the fact of making your own pasta at home. But there&#8217;s also the possibility to buy already made  Spelt pasta, which will for sure make things easier for the cook!<\/p>\n<p><strong>We encourage you to try it!
