In addition , the seafood has very few calories, but we have to moderate the seafood intake to avoid problems such as increased levels of uric acid. <strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/home\/?status=%20Discover%20the%20many%20health%20benefits%20of%20prawns%20and%20learn%20how%20to%20prepare%20a%20tasty%20carpaccio%20https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/healthy-recipes-prawns-carpaccio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><\/a><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Healthy Ingredients for this recipe (about 10 people)<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h6>INGREDIENTS FOR PRAWN CARPACCIO:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Prawns -700 gr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>INGREDIENTS FOR NUNTS SALAD:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Canons 600 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Rocket 600 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Almonds 50 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Hazelnuts 50 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Nuts 50 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Sunflower seeds 50 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Pumpkin seeds 50 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Pistachios 50 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Macadamia 50 gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>INGREDIENTS FOR THE BERGAMOT VINAIGRETTE:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Virgin olive oil organic extra 100 cc<\/li>\n<li>Vinegar of Modena 100 cc<\/li>\n<li>Bergamot 10 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Orange 5 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Lime 5 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Lemon 5gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Preparation of prawn carpaccio step by step<\/h5>\n<p>1. Peel the prawns and put them all together, filmed under and above, and squashing the prawns until a circle of about 20 cm. Freeze. When frozen, remove the roll of film and cut into thin slices as a carpaccio to serve at room temperature.<\/p>\n<p>2. To prepare the salad, first roast all the nuts in the oven, let them cool and slightly itchy. Mix the nuts together with canons and rocket lettuce.<\/p>\n<p>3. To season the salad, we  must prepare a citrus and bergamot oil. To do this, we grate  all the citrus, add the organic olive oil and confit it at 40 \u00b0C for 1 hour. Then let it cool and when ready, mix the oil with bergamot citrus and balsamic vinegar for a <strong>healthy and delicious vinaigrette<\/strong>.<strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/home\/?status=%20Learn%20how%20to%20cook%20a%20healthy%20and%20tasty%20vinaigrette%20with%20citrus%20and%20bergamota%20for%20seasoning%20any%20salad%20https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/healthy-recipes-prawns-carpaccio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><\/a><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4. To present the carpaccio with salad and vinaigrette, grate first the macadamia until it covers the whole plate. Then, place the nuts salad in the center and put over a few slices of prawn carpaccio when cold.
