You can <strong>follow a healthy diet whilst also enjoying a delicious sweet dessert!<\/strong> You simply need to <strong>eliminate the unhealthy ingredients<\/strong>, like <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/the-effect-of-sugar-on-our-health\/\">refined sugar<\/a> and flour, <strong>with healthier alternatives.<\/strong> The best part of all is that knowing that the dessert is a healthier version of the classic carrot cake, <strong>you\u2019ll be able to enjoy it twice as much<\/strong>, knowing that you\u2019re not doing your body any harm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Carrot cake<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12g Arrow root<\/li>\n<li>130g Corn flour<\/li>\n<li>85g Rice flour<\/li>\n<li>4g Bicarbonate soda<\/li>\n<li>10g Baking powder<\/li>\n<li>2g Salt<\/li>\n<li>2g Ginger zest<\/li>\n<li>5g Lemon zest<\/li>\n<li>3g Cinnamon powder<\/li>\n<li>250g Agave syrup<\/li>\n<li>100g Sunflower oil<\/li>\n<li>150g Rice cream<\/li>\n<li>300g Zest of carrot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 160<sup>o<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a uniform mass is created.<\/li>\n<li>Put the mass into the cake tin.<\/li>\n<li>Put it into the oven and leave to bake for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Coconut cream<\/h4>\n<p><u><\/u><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>800g Coconut milk<\/li>\n<li>200g Rice syrup<\/li>\n<li>15g Cinnamon sticks<\/li>\n<li>15g Orange zest<\/li>\n<li>1gr Turmeric<\/li>\n<li>8g Agar agar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mix all ingredients in a pot and heat the mix till it boils.<\/li>\n<li>Cover the pot and leave for 10 minutes to infuse.<\/li>\n<li>Run through the strainer and set aside to cool down.<\/li>\n<li>Blend till reach creamy and smooth texture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Final touch:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can either spread the coconut cream over the carrot cake or serve it as a side.
