Try to prepare this healthy paella recipe in which vegetables are as importante as rice. Let\u2019s start!<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups of half-cooked brown rice<\/li>\n<li>1 onion<\/li>\n<li>1 carrot<\/li>\n<li>1 small sweet potato<\/li>\n<li>1 courgette<\/li>\n<li>10 peas<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd small head of broccoli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salmoreta Sauce Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dried peppers (\u00f1oras)<\/li>\n<li>2 garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>1 tomato<\/li>\n<li>Parsley<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vegetable stock Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 onion<\/li>\n<li>1 carrot<\/li>\n<li>1 leek<\/li>\n<li>1 stick of celery<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>3 bay leaves<\/li>\n<li>1 sheet of kombu<\/li>\n<li>1 tbs sweet paprika<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Preparation:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Stock:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Boil all the ingredients together for 30 minutes. Keep for later.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Salmorreta Sauce:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Crush the garlic cloves, then gently fry in 2 tbs of olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the dried peppers into pieces, remove the seeds and fry gently with the garlic.<\/p>\n<p>Add the grated tomato and cook together for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add 30 grs of parsley and blend the sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Add the sauce to the vegetable stock.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Prepare the paella:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cut all the vegetables in little cubes and fry them in a large pan with 2 tbs of olive oil in this order: onion, carrot, sweet potato. Add the rice and cover with the broth.<\/p>\n<p>Cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
