Today, we give you an evidence of it with a sophisticated and original recipe that will be your star plate for your next dinner with friends.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare this recipe we will need to prepare the squids first, the millefuille after and then the allioli froth to decorate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients for 4 people<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; 200 gr. squids<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 150 gr. onion<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 50 gr. fake tomato sauce<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 4 gr. black ink (1 bag)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 15 cl. white wine<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 20 gr. apple vinegar<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 3 bay\u2019s leaves<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 tablespoon olive oil<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Preparation<\/h4>\n<p>1. Deglaze the onion with a pinch of salt, olive oil and bay\u2019s leave.<\/p>\n<p>2. Cook the squids in a wok over low heat. Add the wine, reduce and brown the onion.<\/p>\n<p>3. Dilute the ink with the fake tomato sauce and vinegar. Add the squids and cook over low heat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Crunchy wanton disks<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; We will need 3 lays of wanton pasta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cut the pasta with a pastry cutter (use the smallest diameter).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fry at 170\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Allioli froth<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; 500 gr. soya milk<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 200 gr. mineral water<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 10 gr. salt<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 8 gr. garlic<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 40 gr. olive oil<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 25 gr. X\u00e9rez vinegar<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 15 gr. soya lecithin<\/p>\n<p>Mix all the ingredients and keep it in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Set up<\/h4>\n<p>To make the millefeuille, place one lay of crunchy disks, one lay on squids then a crunchy disk again. Then decorate with alioli froth on top.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s an original and attractive for special meals.
