You will need little time to prepare this healthy recipe that will surprise your guests with its original flavour.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 <strong>pear<\/strong>, quartered<\/li>\n<li>1 <strong>apple<\/strong>, quartered<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of <strong>sea salt<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup <strong>apple juice<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup <strong>pear juice<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 tsp <strong>vanilla<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp <strong>grain coffee<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1-2 tbsp <strong>hazelnuts butter<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp <strong>rice syrup<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 tsps <strong>kuzu<\/strong> diluted in a little cold water<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp <strong>chopped hazelnuts<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place pears and apples in a pan, with the fruit juices and vanilla.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and cook the pears and apples for 3-5 minutes or until soft.<\/li>\n<li>Remove and place in a serving dish.<\/li>\n<li>Add the hazelnut butter, grain coffee and rice syrup to the juices and mix until well blended.<\/li>\n<li>Add the diluted kuzu and stir until the juice thickens.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the sauce over the fruit and serve garnished with chopped nuts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This recipe of poached apples and pears is perfect if you are short of time!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The healthy dessert that we suggest today is really easy to make.
