Do you dare to try it?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1 block<strong> tofu<\/strong>, diced<\/p>\n<p>1 cup fresh <strong>shiitake<\/strong>, finely sliced<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd <strong>leek<\/strong>, finely sliced<\/p>\n<p>1 bunch <strong>watercress<\/strong>, sliced<\/p>\n<p>6-inch strip <strong>wakame<\/strong>, rinsed and sliced<\/p>\n<p>1 cup <strong>bean sprouts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sesame oil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shoyu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ginger<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>To prepare this tofu recipe:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1. Heat the frying pan and add the oil.<\/p>\n<p>2. Add the shiitake and saute for a few minutes.<\/p>\n<p>3. Add the leek and saute for another minute.<\/p>\n<p>4. Repeat with the bean sprouts and then the watercress.<\/p>\n<p>5. Add the wakame, and tofu, and mix through the vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>6. Season with shoyu and cook for about 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>7. Mix gently.<\/p>\n<p>8. Serve your home-made tofu with fresh ginger juice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This Asian tofu saut\u00e9 is perfect for those days what you just want to eat something light and healthy.
