Try this <strong>bean and rocket salad,<\/strong> you won\u2019t regret!<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Salad<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rocket, finely chopped &#8211; 4 packed cups<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cooked Cannellini beans<\/strong> &#8211; 1 \u00bd cups<\/li>\n<li>Red onion, thinly sliced &#8211; \u00bd piece<\/li>\n<li><strong>Radishes, finely sliced<\/strong> \u2013 4 pieces<\/li>\n<li>Capers &#8211; 3 tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Dressing<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fresh orange juice &#8211; 3 tbsp<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rice syrup &#8211; 1 tbsp<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Olive oil &#8211; 1-2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<li><strong>Finely chopped basil -1 tbsp<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Put the rocket in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Heat the olive oil and add the onion.
