Described as a complete food that <strong>satisfies many nutritional needs<\/strong>, a\u00e7ai is probably <strong>one of the healthiest fruits on the planet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>It\u2019s one of the fruits with the highest<strong> antioxidant<\/strong> content. It contains 15 to 30 times more antioxidants than red wine. The antioxidants in our diet help <strong>neutralize free radicals in our body<\/strong> and prevent its harmful effects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High in<strong> vitamins A and C<\/strong> that <strong>strengthen the immune system (defenses)<\/strong>, the skin and red blood cell formation.
