Take note!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Onion &#8211; 1 piece chopped into cubes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Daikon &#8211; 1 piece chopped into cubes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Carrot &#8211; 1 piece chopped into cubes<\/li>\n<li>Sweet potato &#8211; 1 piece<\/li>\n<li><strong>Squash &#8211; 2 cups<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Mineral water &#8211; 4-6 cups<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sea salt &#8211; 2 tablespoons<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Extra virgin olive oil &#8211; 1 tablespoon<\/li>\n<li>Black pepper &#8211; to decorate<\/li>\n<li>Parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Place the onion with the sweet potato, squash, daikon and carrot in a pot and cover it with water.<\/li>\n<li>Cover it with a tap and simmer over medium heat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Let it simmer for 20 more minutes and add salt.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blend the vegetables in a blender.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Place the puree on the pot again and add the remaining water.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Boil over medium heat and add the olive oil.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Reduce the flame to low heat and add the parsley.<\/li>\n<li>Serve decorating with black pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>* You can also use sweet vegetables like turnips, cabbage, or round parsnips.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Enjoy tasting this delicious vegetarian sweet balsamic soup and include this healthy recipe to your diet to get amazing benefits for your health.Try it, you won\u2019t regret!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Soups and vegetable broths are very relaxing and have a calming effect on the soul.
