During these days what we eat can help stabilize our body temperature, moisturize our skin and increase our energy and vitality.  That\u2019s why we present a <strong>healthy recipe of cold beetroot soup<\/strong> from the book <u>La alimentaci\u00f3n natural y energ\u00e9tica \u2013 Montse Bradford,<\/u> which is fresh and easy to prepare. It\u2019s a natural recipe without <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/why-to-follow-a-dairy-free-diet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lactose<\/a>, gluten and sugar free that we recommend to elaborate with fresh organic ingredients when possible to take advantages of all the nutrients.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> ( 2- 4 people)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 onions<\/li>\n<li>5 carrots<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cooked beetroot<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00bd cloved garlic, minced<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon of basil<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of extra virgin oil<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sea salt<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>2 y \u00bd cups of water<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons <strong>umeboshi vinegar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons of concentrate apple juice<\/li>\n<li>1 cucumber cut into cubes<\/li>\n<li>Toasted bread into cubes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Saut\u00e9 the onions, garlic and a pinch of salt with oil for <strong>12 minutes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Add carrots, dried basil and water.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and cook for<strong> 20 minutes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Incorporate the beetroot and make pur\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Add the vinegar and apple juice.<\/li>\n<li>Let it cool and <strong>decorate it with toasted bread cubes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Forget about heat with this cold beet soup that besides being healthy it is delicious!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are having a sizzling summer and high temperatures affect everyone.
